New Custom Home in Ocean City, NJ

A new home at 251 Crescent Rd in Ocean City by Coastal Modern Construction. We kept the existing foundation and built an entirely new house on top of it.

The home has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with steam showers, a living room with a vaulted shiplap ceiling, a separate family room, a home office, and a walk-in pantry with custom shelving.

Outside, we added stainless steel cable railings, custom self-watering window boxes, a hot tub, and new landscaping and hardscaping.
