Renovations
& Additions
at the Shore.
Whole-home renovations, additions, kitchens and baths for older shore homes, planned around flood rules and zoning from the first visit.
Keep the house you love.
Make it work for today.
Many shore homes have good bones on a great lot, but the layout, finishes or size no longer fit the family. We renovate and expand them so they live like new construction, without starting over.
Inside and out.

Whole-Home Renovations
Full interior and exterior updates for older shore homes, built to the same standard as our new homes.

Additions
More bedrooms, bigger living space or a new upper level, designed to fit your lot and your town’s zoning.

Kitchens & Baths
Custom kitchens, primary suites and baths, built for how your family actually lives at the Shore.
Exteriors & Decks
Siding, windows, roofing, decks, railings and outdoor showers built for coastal weather.
Repairs & Remediation
Water damage, rot and storm-related repairs, traced to the cause and repaired properly.
Pools & Outdoor Living
Add a pool, spa, patio or cabana as part of the renovation, all under one contract. See our pool work.

Fewer surprises.
A better plan.
Older shore homes come with their own challenges. We look for them on the first visit, so your design and budget account for them.
- Flood zone and the 50% improvement rule
- Framing, foundation and pilings
- Plumbing, electrical and HVAC
- Setbacks, height limits and lot coverage
- Permits and borough approvals
The scope is tailored to your home and your project.
Shore homes, transformed.

“Having remodeled five different condos in Ocean City, this was by far the most professional and seamless experience we've had. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the crew showed up when they said they would.”

Your questions,
answered.
Should I renovate or tear down and rebuild?
It depends on the condition of the house, your flood zone and what you want to end up with. We walk the property and give you an honest comparison of both paths.
What is the 50% rule?
In a flood zone, if the improvement costs 50% or more of the house’s market value, the whole home generally has to be brought up to current flood elevation standards. We check this early so your budget and design account for it.
Can you add a second floor or an addition?
Often, yes. Height limits, setbacks and lot coverage vary by town, so we review your zoning before design starts so you know what’s possible.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We handle zoning reviews, building permits and inspections with the borough.
Can we stay in the house during the work?
For smaller projects, sometimes. For whole-home work, most clients move out. We’ll tell you up front and plan the schedule around the summer season where we can.
Which towns do you work in?
Avalon, Stone Harbor, Longport, Margate, Ventnor, Sea Isle City, Ocean City, Cape May and Wildwood Crest, plus nearby towns in Cape May and Atlantic counties.
Avalon · Stone Harbor · Sea Isle City · Ocean City · Margate · Longport
