Whole-Home Renovation & New Pool in Avalon, NJ

A complete inside-and-out renovation of a 3,813 sq ft, 5-bedroom, 5-bath home at 204 45th St in Avalon by Coastal Modern Construction.

Inside, we put in new flooring, new trim, wallpaper and a new shiplap ceiling in the living room. We painted the kitchen and changed out some of the cabinets, remodeled the bathrooms with custom tile, and added a wet bar in the living room plus a second wet bar in the downstairs family room.

Outside, we added new siding, a bluestone chimney, custom self-watering window boxes, a new entry door, fiberglass decks with new railings, porch ceilings, fencing and landscaping. In the backyard, we built a new pool, a cabana, hardscaping and an outdoor shower. The garage got an epoxy floor and a storage system.
