Waterfront Home Renovation on Jenkins Sound, NJ
A complete renovation of a home on Jenkins Sound in Cape May Court House by Coastal Modern Construction. The house is completely surrounded by water.
This was a very challenging job: everything had to be brought in over a 200-foot boardwalk.
Inside, we renovated the 2-bedroom, 1½-bath home with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new bedrooms and new flooring throughout. We also installed a sewage heater system to keep it from freezing.
Outside, we added new cedar siding and a new wraparound deck with ipe decking, ipe railings and stainless steel cable rails.
