Do you work with my architect?
Yes. We work with many of the region's leading architects and are happy to work with yours. If you do not have one yet, we can recommend architects we trust.
Can you build on pilings and in a flood zone?
Yes. Most new homes in Avalon and Stone Harbor need engineered pilings and flood-zone elevation. We plan for both from day one.
Do you handle zoning and permits?
Yes. We handle town zoning, flood elevation and building permits, and we know the local requirements.
Can you build the pool and pool house too?
Yes. We build gunite pools, spas, pool houses and patios, so the house and the backyard come from one team under one contract.
Which towns do you build in?
Mainly Avalon, Stone Harbor and Longport, plus Sea Isle City, Ocean City, Margate and the rest of the South Jersey Shore.
