What to plan for in Avalon

Lots that are hard to reach

At 4046 4th Avenue there was no road to the lot, so we built one before construction started.

Bayfront and bulkhead lots

On the bay, the pool, patio and docks all have to work around the bulkhead. At 7708 Sunset the project fit a new pool and patio along it, plus new stationary and floating docks.

Permits and zoning

Our office is in Avalon. We prepare the applications, work with the borough's zoning and construction offices and schedule the inspections.

Do you build in Avalon?

Often, yes. It depends on your lot, setbacks and the borough's zoning rules. We'll check your lot for free during a backyard consult.
