New Luxury Custom Home & Gunite Pool in Longport, NJ

A new three-story custom home with about 3,600 sq ft of living space, an elevator serving every level and a gunite pool, now under construction in Longport, with ocean views from the top floor.

Coastal Modern Construction took down the original house, cleared the lot and is building the new home on treated timber piles. The home is framed, and the gunite pool we built, with a sun shelf and hot tub, is ready for finishes.

The living space is on the second floor: a living room with a cathedral ceiling and gas fireplace, a kitchen with a 48-inch range, a dining room and a pantry, opening to a deck and a balcony. The third-floor primary suite has a cathedral ceiling, a walk-in closet, a coffee bar and a private deck.
